What to do when VEEV NOW 18ml is not working?
If you can’t start your experience with VEEV NOW 18ml, ensure the device is not discharged, physically damaged, operating outside of its temperature range or fully used. VEEV NOW 18ml will blink three times to indicate the device needs to be charged and if the orange level on the screen disappears, you try to take a puff and the screen blinks 10 times, your device fully used: VEEV NOW 18ml features a low liquid detection system and is designed to prevent burnt taste. If the screen blinks 5 times, your device is warning of an error. Please remember to always remove the top cap before starting an experience.

What does it mean when the screen is ON, but the device is not charging?
If your VEEV NOW 18ml is not charging, the charging port of your device might be contaminated or the power adaptor and charging cable might not be compatible. Unplug the device and ensure that the charging ports on both the device and the charging cable are clean and free from contamination and then charge the device for at least 5 mins using a compatible power adaptor and charging cable.
Always ensure the device is not fully used and always charged between 0°C and 45°C.
